Mission, Vision, Values

  • To positively impact the world by serving God and reflecting my faith through consistent, principled action—standing as a guiding example of leadership, community service, and integrity.

  • To help create a future where our children grow up free, informed by our lessons, and empowered to forge a better tomorrow. Recognizing the urgent need for capable leaders, I commit to both becoming and cultivating the kind of leadership that drives real, lasting change.

    • Freedom & Personal Sovereignty – Championing individual rights and the liberty to live, grow, and thrive without undue constraints.

    • Transparency in Government – Demanding honesty, clarity, and accountability from institutions to maintain public trust.

    • Servant Leadership – Leading by example and prioritizing the well-being and growth of others above all else.

    • Connection & Community – Fostering genuine relationships and uniting people around shared purpose and compassion.

    • Continuous Learning – Seeking knowledge relentlessly, staying curious, and sharing insights to uplift everyone involved.

    • Masterful Communication & Self-Leadership – Cultivating clear, honest dialogue and personal discipline to inspire collective progress.

  • Leadership Principles

    1. Leaders Eat Last
Inspired by the Marine Corps ethos, true leaders prioritize the needs of their team before their own. By literally and figuratively “eating last,” leaders demonstrate humility and service, fostering a culture of trust and commitment.

    2. Speak Last
Listening intently and encouraging diverse viewpoints helps leaders make better decisions. Speaking last isn’t about withholding opinions; it’s about giving others the space to share, then uniting the team around a thoughtful, informed solution.

    3. Follow the Marine Corps Framework
The Marine Corps’ JJDIDTIEBUCKLE (Justice, Judgment, Dependability, Initiative, Decisiveness, Tact, Integrity, Enthusiasm, Bearing, Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyalty, Endurance) offers timeless principles of leadership. When put into practice, these traits shape leaders who act with honor and excel under pressure.

    4. Embrace Servant Leadership
Servant leaders center on the growth and well-being of their people. They meet challenges alongside their team, set an unwavering standard, and take ownership of outcomes—good or bad.

    5. Hold the Standard
A leader’s conduct sets the bar for the entire organization. By consistently acting with integrity and upholding the highest expectations—especially when no one is watching—leaders inspire everyone to do the same.

    6. Possess a Clear Vision
Effective leadership begins with a clear, compelling vision. By articulating a meaningful end goal, leaders guide their teams in achieving tangible results and sustaining morale over the long haul.

    7. Earn Trust
Trust is built through consistency, empathy, and fairness. Leaders who prove themselves trustworthy by matching words with actions forge strong, resilient bonds within their organizations.

    8. Communicate with Purpose
Great leaders are great communicators. They speak the truth, share insights, and welcome feedback, ensuring everyone feels heard and remains aligned toward common objectives.

    9. Foster a Winning Spirit
A positive, results-oriented mindset is key to overcoming obstacles. Leaders who focus on growth and achievement spark enthusiasm, motivating their teams to rise to every challenge.

By integrating these principles—eating last, speaking last, serving first, and adhering to the Marine Corps’ time-tested traits—leaders create high-functioning, empowered teams united by vision, trust, communication, and the unyielding will to win.
